Our stay here was really great, excellent base for exploring Leeds. There were climate control, an iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card in the room, loved that. The location was amazing, just a walking distance from Space. Lots of different bars and restaurants to eat outside the hotel.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the double room itself was immaculate and warm. Early check in and late check out, perfect location. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus.

Good value, it was spotless. Exceptionally attentive stuff, exceptional location, nice beds. Our twin room was very specious and modernly furnished, had canal view. Perfect breakfast, they offered yoghourt, fresh fruit and cheese. Fast check in and in general first-rate service.

We were in Leeds for 1 day, had great stay, the hotel was clean with unbeatable location very close to the city centre. Everything was simply really good.

Extremely helpful staff, enjoyable breakfast and the room was rather spacious. Lovely beds, climate control, WiFi and cable TV were a nice touch. Tidy place and courteous service. Modern hotel, 10 minutes' walk from the downtown. I visited cocktail bar and loved fine drinks.

We loved staff and location, felt like home. Beautiful building, fairly clean and comfortable bedroom. The hotel itself was in a picturesque area. Easy access to Leeds Bradford airport, within 15 km. The pool was incredible and the garden - incredible😃

i enjoyed exceptionally pleasant staff, unique location. it was a wonderful stay, you could leave a car nearby. an awesome beach, particularly nice view. moreover, royal armouries was relatively near the place.

A FABULOUS hotel in Leeds. I loved the reception, it was friendly. For breakfast they offered cheese, bacon and fresh fruit.
